Every part of it, carried with you
Three ways I help families through a change nobody planned for.
You will always be working with me
Call me and you will usually get me right then. If I am out at a house I will ring you back the same day, because I know what it is like to be waiting on someone while your family is in the middle of something hard.
From that first call onward it is me you are working with. I am there for the walk through, there on packing day, and there at closing.
Real estate

I am a licensed agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate, and I specialize in one kind of sale: the house that has to be sold because life changed. As a senior real estate specialist in Omaha, nearly every house I sell comes out of a transition I am already walking a family through. That is a different job from listing a new build, and it needs someone who understands what is happening inside the family, not just what is happening in the market.
What this includes
- Listing and selling the home
- Pricing it for what the market will truly bring, and being honest with you about that number from the start
- Getting photos taken as soon as the interior is ready, so the house can go on the market without waiting for the garage to be finished
- Advising on what the house needs before it sells, and what is not worth doing
- Working with elder law attorneys on Medicaid and guardianship sales, where the price has to be fair market value and documented
- Selling property in divorce and estate situations, where assets have to be divided
Transition coordination

Where your parent is going, what comes with them, and how all of it gets there. This is the part families dread, and it is the part I love most. Working as a senior move manager, I start before the decision is made and I stay until the new place is set up and feels like home. We go at the pace your family needs and not a step faster.
What this includes
- Talking it through before anything is decided, so the order is right
- Connecting you with a senior placement advisor, which costs your family nothing, and going on tours with you when that helps
- Going room by room to decide what comes along, at your parent's pace
- Working out what will actually fit in the new space
- Packing, arranging the move, and unpacking on the other end
- Setting up the new place so it feels like theirs on the first night
- Lining up movers who suit the situation, whether the move is small, large, or somewhere in between
- Working with families and estates when a loved one has passed, alongside personal representatives and powers of attorney
Estate cleanouts

Whatever is left after the move still has to be dealt with. Donations come first, always. I know which organizations take what, and I will guide you on where each thing is best off going.
What this includes
- Sorting what stays, what gets donated, and what goes
- Bringing in an estate sale company when there is enough to justify one, and telling you honestly when there is not
- Full cleanouts, handled in house with a dumpster rather than passed to a third party
- Hauling to donation centers and scrapyards
