What I collect

When you fill out the contact form, I receive what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, what you need help with, and your message. To protect the form from spam, I also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address, which cannot be turned back into the address itself.

When you call or email me, I have whatever you share in that conversation.

Website visits and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to help me understand how people find and use it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect general information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the kind of device and browser you use, and your approximate location. It does not tell me who you are.

Google handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt out add-on. The site will still work either way. I do not use advertising tools on this website.

How I use it

I use your information only to reply to you and to help your family with the move, the house, or both. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

Form messages are stored securely with my website provider and delivered to my inbox through an email service. Those companies, along with Google Analytics, handle the information only so the website works.

If we work together, I may share details with people helping your family, such as a senior placement advisor, movers, or my brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate. I only do that with your permission. I will also share information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep your messages for as long as they are useful for helping you, and as long as real estate record keeping rules require. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete what I have about you. Just call or email me and I will take care of it.

Children

This website is meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and questions

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
