About Me

My name is Lisa Hubschman and I am the Founder and Owner of A Simple Nest. I am passionate about helping families and seniors transition to communities that fit their current lifestyle. Through personal experience of losing my grandmother at 102 years of age, and my mother at 72, I understand the challenges that families are facing because of a life-changing event.

A Simple Nest is a start to finish business. Insured, bonded with added love and support for a stressful situation, emotional transitions, along with lots of laughs and tears of joy!

    Meet Lisa

    I was born and raised in Omaha Nebraska. I grew up in Real Estate and always found it very interesting helping my mother and watching her work with her huge heart helping people find their perfect home.

     

    I graduated from Marian High School and attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha in business until I decided to go off and spread my wings into the wonderful world of aviation! I am a former Flight Attendant with Eastern and American Airlines and have over 30 years of providing excellent and pristine customer service.

     

    I have four beautiful children!

     

    I have ten years of experience with transitioning clients and also have gone through this personally with my Grandmother. In addition, I also can help when a loved one passes away helping with the spouse and family make decisions and guide them as well. I, too, have gone through this, losing my mother unexpectedly at the tender age of 72.

     

    Now, following in my late mother’s, Marylee Hubschman’s, footsteps in real estate, I am here to help with all your moving needs. I am very passionate about my work. I find that each client is very special and my job is very rewarding.
